What information does UK2 store about me?

When you register a domain or lease a server, we ask you for your name, company name if different, company number, address details including postcode, phone, fax and email address?, and your credit card details (credit card number, expiry date, optionally issue date or start date). We store these details in our database for as long as you are a customer of ours.

If you stop being a customer (if you move away or your domain expires), we remove your details from our main database and back them up to inactive log files. This is so we can retrieve your details at a later date, should you wish to move back to us, or if the registrar of your domain wishes to clarify your contact details.

We will also supply this information to Law Enforcement agencies if there is an active investigation. Otherwise your information remains private.
