Paid phone support is available as a paid optional extra for our Dedicated server customers only. We have no current plans to offer phone support, paid or otherwise, to our domain customers.
We appeal to our users' DIY ethos, otherwise we wouldn't be able to offer our services at these bargain basement prices. You should be able to find answers to the vast majority of your questions in these FAQs.
